Starfield Coming to PS5: April 7, Pre-Orders March 18, €49.99 Price Leak

Starfield’s PS5 release appears to be just over a month away, according to billbil-kun of Dealabs. At least some good news for fans of the series, at least if they own a PS5, after Todd Howard recently shut down rumors of a Starfield 2.0 game being in the works.

According to billbil-kun, the PS5 release is expected to launch April 7, 2026, with players having the choice between standard and premium editions. With both having slightly lower prices than what you might expect for a release of a new game.

Starfield PS5 – Standard Edition: €49.99 / £44.99

Starfield PS5 – Premium Edition: €69.99 / £59.99

billbil-kun also noted that pre-orders are coming for the game as well in the upcoming weeks, which will include a physical release as well.

“According to our information, pre-orders for the PS5 version of Starfield are expected to open on March 18, 2026, or possibly on March 17 in the early evening.”
