Battlefield 6 Tops US Best-Selling Games of 2025

Battlefield 6 has claimed the crown as the best-selling game of 2025 in the United States according to Circana’s Mat Pscatella. Despite releasing in October of last year, in just three months the game outsold all other titles in the US for the year.

Sports titles remained dominant as they are always in US sales numbers, with NBA 2k26 coming in second place, and Madden 26, EA Sports College Football 26, EA Sports FC 26, MLB: The Show 25, and WWE 2k25 all cracking the top 20. Despite the release woes, Call of Duty Black Ops 7 still finished fifth on the list.

Perhaps most interesting is GTA 5 still cracking the top 20 list despite releasing over 13 years ago, as well as Minecraft (perhaps aided by the movie?) coming in 13th place.
