Insomniac Hints When Do Marvel's Wolverine Pre-Orders Will Start

Marvel’s Wolverine is all set to release on September 15, 2026, but the game at the moment does not have any pre-orders live. Though, according to Insomniac, the reason for this is quite simply, they want to show off more of their game.

Responding to fans on X, Insomniac gave us a few hints about what is coming up for Marvel’s Wolverine. First replying to a fan who asked now that Spring has officially begun, if we can still expect more information this Spring as originally teased, Insomniac bluntly replied ‘During Spring 2026, yes.’

Later on, another fan asked when pre-orders would begin, and Insomniac gave a bit more of a detailed answer:

We want to show you more of the game first.

The first gameplay trailer for Marvel’s Wolverine was released earlier this year during the PlayStation State of Play and even had a few hints in it about potential side characters with Mystique making an appearance. Since then, Insomniac has teased Daredevil potentially making his own appearance in the game on an Instagram post, but nothing more.

PlayStation usually holds State of Plays in either April or May, sometimes both, so it is best to expect to get something on the game in the coming months, with pre-orders following shortly after.
