Fable Reboot Leaked: Concept Art Reveals Bloodstone Return Ahead of Xbox Developer Direct
Fable concept art has apparently leaked ahead of the upcoming Xbox Developer Direct, which is scheduled in just a couple of days from now. Fable will be one of the main showpieces featured during the event.
On Thursday, January 22nd at 1 PM EST, the Xbox Developer Direct will showcase three games, with the possibility of one more surprise title. Xbox has announced that fans will receive an in-depth, first-hand look into the world of Albion and the heroine of the upcoming FABLE title from Playground Games - a genre that is new to the studio, which is best known for the Forza Horizon racing series. However, it seems that leaked images have surfaced online ahead of the event.
The images were shared by MP1st, which claims they were sent by an unnamed artist who previously worked on the title. These are concept works of art and could change completely in the final version of the game. Nevertheless, we can see the stylistic approach, tone, and a few locations that eagle-eyed fans may recognize from previous titles.

One possible location is identified by a sign reading "Bloodstone" - a name fans of Fable II may recognize as a port town which was inhabited by criminals. Some of the images also feature sewers, which appear to end in a boss fight with a werewolf-like creature that was briefly shown in a previous trailer.

Again, these are concept images intended to help build the world of the upcoming title. Whether they have actually been implemented in the final version of the game remains to be seen. However, we may find out in just a couple of days. Let us know in The Gamerz Theory Discord what you think of these concept images. Will we finally get a release date for the FABLE reboot after all these years? Stay tuned, as we’ll be sure to update you on everything from the Developer Direct on Thursday.
