ARC Raiders Surpasses 12.4 Million Sales, Hits 960K Peak Players

ARC Raiders has easily been amongst the most popular games since its release in October 2025, and today publisher Nexon and developer Embark Studios announced the third-person extraction shooter has surpassed 12.4 million units to date. The number is right on track with the estimates from Alinea Analytics, who estimated 12 million copies sold as of last week. Users are not just buying the game either as ARC Raiders, as 960,000 players logged on in the last month.

As a thank you to the growing player base, Embark has announced the giveaway of a free Gilded Pickaxe Raider Tool to all players who have logged on at least once between launch and the end of today (23:59 Central European Time). In a celebratory statement from Nexon and Embark,

As pleased as we were with the October launch, reaching more than 12.4 million units and setting a record with 960,000 concurrent users in January demonstrates the potential for ARC Raiders to become another pillar in Nexon’s portfolio of blockbuster franchises. ARC Raiders took home several pieces of hardware as well, claiming Best Multiplayer Game at The Game Awards 2025, and Most Innovative Gameplay at the Steam Awards 2025.
