Jeff Kaplan's The Legend of California Alpha Playtest Starts Next Week

You can help playtest the Overwatch creator’s new game next week.

Jeff Kaplan and his new team, Kintsugiyama, will be holding their first playtest next week for their upcoming open‑world, action‑survival shooter set on the mythical Island of California during the Gold Rush era, The Legend of California.

The alpha playtest will take place on March 26, starting at 1:00 p.m. EST, and will end on March 30 at 1:00 p.m. EST. The lucky selected few will be chosen from a limited pool of players who are randomly selected and will receive a Steam notification as well as an email from Steam notifying them that the alpha client has been added to their library.

Players can sign up for a chance to be selected by visiting The Legend of California’s Steam page and requesting access.
