The Witcher 3 New DLC Rumored for May 2026: 11M Sales at $30 Expected
The upcoming Witcher 3 DLC that is set to kick off the market campaign for The Witcher IV is expected to sell 11 million copies. This according to Polish analyst Mateusz Chrzanowski, about the future of the set to be announced as DLC. As stated by the X account The Witcher 4 news, the upcoming DLC is expected to have a price of $30 and a budget of $14.5 million.
Chrzanowski was the one who previously leaked the upcoming DLC for The Witcher 3, with expectations for the game to arrive in May 2026. Polish games leaker Borys Nieśpielak stated that the DLC was in the works by Fool’s Theory, the developers behind the upcoming The Witcher remakes.

CD Projekt Red has yet to officially announce anything related to this upcoming Witcher 3 DLC, which is set to release nearly 11 years after The Witcher 3. As for the next title in the series, announced at the 2024 The Game Awards, The Witcher IV has not gotten much info, with CDPR stating the project was not going to see the light of day until after 2026. Though we should hopefully learn a bit more about the next installment if the rumors are true that this Witcher 3 DLC is helping to set the stage for the upcoming title.
